Securing Your Date

To reserve your wedding date with IMG Weddings:

1. A signed contract is required
2. A non-refundable deposit is due upon contract signing
3. Your date is officially secured once deposit is received

Deposit Amount:

The deposit reserves your date exclusively and turns away other potential bookings.

Payment Schedule

Standard Payment Plan:

Option A:

• 30% deposit upon booking (non-refundable)
• 40% due 90 days before wedding
• 30% final payment due 30 days before wedding

Option B:

• 50% deposit upon booking (non-refundable)
• 50% final payment due 14 days before wedding

Custom Payment Plans:

We offer flexible payment plans for qualified clients. Monthly installment plans available for bookings made 12+ months in advance. Contact us to discuss options.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Bank transfer / wire transfer
• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal
• Wise (for international transfers)

All payments must be made in [USD / JMD / specify currency].

Late Payments

Payments must be received by the scheduled due dates.

If payment is late:

• Services will not be rendered until all outstanding payments are received

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:

If you cancel:

More than 180 days (6 months) before wedding:

• Deposit is non-refundable
• All other payments refunded in full

90-179 days before wedding:

• Deposit is non-refundable
• Second payment is non-refundable
• Final payment refunded if not yet paid

30-89 days before wedding:

• All payments made are non-refundable
• Any unpaid balance is waived

Less than 30 days before wedding:

• All payments are non-refundable
• Full package price is due regardless of cancellation

We strongly recommend purchasing wedding insurance to protect your investment.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your wedding date:

• One free date change allowed if we have availability on your new date
• Must be requested at least 90 days before original wedding date
• Date changes requested less than 90 days before wedding may incur a [$500] rescheduling fee
• If we are unavailable on your new date, standard cancellation policy applies

Postponement Due to Circumstances Beyond Control

Force Majeure (Acts of God, Natural Disasters, Pandemics, etc.):

If your wedding is postponed due to circumstances beyond anyone's control:

• We will work with you to reschedule at no additional fee
• All payments made will be applied to your new date
• If we are unavailable on your new date, payments will be refunded minus the deposit
• If you choose to cancel entirely, standard cancellation policy applies

IMG Weddings Cancellation

If we must cancel your booking:

In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your booking due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances:

• We will provide a qualified replacement photographer/videographer at no additional cost, OR
• Issue a full refund of all payments made, including deposit

We carry liability insurance and have never failed to show up for a booked wedding.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within [30 days / specify timeframe] of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Additional Services & Add-Ons

Add-ons purchased after the initial contract (extra hours, albums, etc.) are subject to the same payment and cancellation terms based on when they were added.

Travel Fees

Jamaica Weddings: No travel fees for weddings anywhere in Jamaica.

International Weddings: Travel fees apply for weddings outside Jamaica and must be paid in full at least 60 days before the wedding date. Travel fees are non-refundable once flights/accommodations are booked.

Inclement Weather

Rain or weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. We are experienced in working with Caribbean weather and will create beautiful imagery regardless of conditions.

We will work with your venue's backup plans and make the most of any weather situation.

Non-Performance

Client Responsibilities:

If the wedding is cancelled or postponed due to:

• Venue closure
• Legal issues preventing the wedding
• Client decision to cancel

Standard cancellation policy applies. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

Disputes

Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within [30 days] of the disputed charge.

We will work in good faith to resolve any concerns.
