Copyright and Usage:
The IMG Weddings retains the copyright to all images taken during the wedding, and has the right to use the images for promotional purposes,
including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio use. The Client may use the images for personal use only, and may not sell
or publish the images without the IMG Weddings's written consent.
Liability:
The IMG Weddings is not liable for any damages, injury, or loss incurred during the wedding. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
the IMG Weddings from any claims arising from the Client's use of the images.
Model Release:
The Client grants the IMG Weddings the right to use the Client's name and image in connection with the images from the wedding, for promotional purposes.
Force Majeure:
The IMG Weddings is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this contract if such failure or delay is caused by an event
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government regulations.
Entire Agreement:
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
This contract may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes arising from this contract
shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica
Agreement:
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this contract, and agree to be bound by them.
